Welkom bij de GGD Amsterdam.
Maakt u een afspraak voor een nieuwe reis met buitenlandse bestemming kies dan optie 1 op de volgende pagina.
Soms is er voor een goed reisadvies meer tijd nodig vanwege verhoogde gezondheidsrisico’s.
Is één van onderstaande punten voor u van toepassing?
- u gebruikt medicijnen die de afweer onderdrukken
- u heeft een orgaan- of beenmergtransplantatie gehad
- u heeft geen of een slecht functionerende milt
- u heeft een hiv-infectie
- u heeft de afgelopen 6 maanden chemotherapie gehad
- u heeft diabetes en gebruikt insuline
- u bent zwanger
Kies dan bij het maken van een afspraak: optie 2. Verhoogde gezondheidsrisico’s tijden uw reis.
Komt u voor een beroepsvaccinatie (u gaat niet op reis): kies dan bij de reden van de afspraak: optie 3.
Komt u voor een gordelroos vaccinatie (u gaat niet op reis): kies dan optie 4.
Komt u voor een vaccinatie op verzoek (griepvaccin, HPV, waterpokken, RSV, Rota, Meningokokken B) kies dan optie 6.
Komt u voor een vervolgafspraak naar aanleiding van een eerder bezoek aan de GGD-locatie Amsterdam kies dan voor optie 5. Let op: bij een nieuwe reis dient optie 1 gekozen te worden.

Bij afzegging binnen 24 uur of bij no show brengen wij de consultkosten bij u in rekening.

Please note that, in some cases, additional consultation time is required to provide appropriate travel health advice due to increased health risks.
Does any of the following apply to you?
- you are taking medication that suppresses your immune system
- you have had an organ or bone marrow transplant
- you have no spleen or your spleen is not functioning properly
- you have an hiv-infection
- you have received chemotherapy within the past six months
- you have diabetes and use insulin
- you are pregnant
If any of the above applies, please select Option 2. Increased Health Risks During Travel when booking your appointment.
If you require an occupational vaccination (and are not travelling), please select Option 3.
If you require a shingles vaccination (and are not travelling), please select Option 4.
If you require a vaccination on request (influenza, HPV, chickenpox, RSV, rotavirus or meningococcal B) and are not travelling, please select Option 6.
If you are returning for a follow-up appointment after a previous visit to the GGD Amsterdam location, please select Option 5.
Please note: If you are booking an appointment for a new trip abroad, you must select Option 1, even if you have visited us before.

Please note that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or do not attend without notice, the consultation fee will be charged.
